Returns policy

We want every purchase from our shop to be 100% satisfactory. If for any reason you change your mind or a product does not meet your expectations, you can simply return it.

Returns:

You have 30 days to return the product free of charge - we cover the return shipping costs.
You even have 365 days to return the product intact in its original packaging (in this case the shipping costs are covered by the customer).
To make a return, please contact us at contact@purevesta.com. We will send you a return label or detailed shipping instructions.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will refund your purchase price within a maximum of 2 working days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
If the product is damaged or does not correspond to your order, we will cover the return and shipping costs in full.
